Experience the blissful union of Medicinal Healing Herbs and nourishing Sound Therapy in this unique experience designed to soothe, restore, and recharge your entire system, from root to crown!

Our Herbal Sound Bath series is created to help acquaint and initiate you more deeply into the beautiful world of our Plant Teachers, as we welcome their vibrational frequency and medicine into our Hearts and Bodies.

Each class will highlight a particular Plant Ally which aligns with and reflects the energies currently at flow in the natural cycles we observe above, around, and within us. We will dive into the medicinal and practical uses of the Plant as an ally and resource for balanced well-BE-ing and preventative healthcare, as well as the energetic, physical, and metaphysical properties they harness and share with us.

THIS MONTH'S FEATURED HERBAL TEACHER: OATSTRAW

The first hour of these offerings is dedicated to connecting with our Plant Teacher and cultivating the practice of Deep Listening. You will learn how to communicate with the Plants using the gift of your own senses and unique interpretation of their specific medicine for YOU. We will enjoy an herbal infusion, tea, or tonic and experience the physical and energetic influence these natural allies create within the body through the use of breath work, guided meditation, and visualization.

The second hour is dedicated to holding safe, Sacred Space for vibrational Sound Healing, as we create a live Shamanic Sound Bath to enhance the vibration and messages of the Plants and restore and rebalance your system.
